Project planning
Hey gang,
Sorry it's been quite around here for so long, and I'm also sorry that I don't have a project report for you all ready yet.
Basically I've just been taking on too many projects through Patreon and not getting enough things actually done. So this month I've decided to focus on trying to wrap up projects and get them out to you all before taking on anything new. I'm also looking into project planning methods and techniques so I can make better use of the time I have to work and plan things better. At the moment, trying to do monthly projects while also trying to do work on Renapet on the side isn't working, and is only putting me more and more behind on things. So I need to shake things up and work with more focus from here on out.
So the current plan is to work on and finish these Patreon projects one at a time, and then commit to monthly work on Renapet:
- Palace of the Goddess ( Palutena game)
- Blake (RWBY) animation
- Rouge the Bat game
- Neko Touch DX
Once these are out, I will shift to having Renapet as my main focus and will set monthly goals for the game until it's in a good spot. Then, each month if I have some extra time after meeting the goal for Renapet, I'll have a poll for a looping animation or a small project. I think doing this will hep me increase my work output and focus more on getting more projects wrapped up and out for y'all to enjoy.
I'm sorry there's been so many hurdles and growing pains with this project. My mismanagement with my projects has not been fair to y'all, so I'm going to deal with this weakness and earn the support you all have given me. I still want to work on this project and make it something cool for you all to enjoy, so I'll make sure to do my best.
Thank you for all your support so far, and I hope you have a wonderful day.

It was a cowardly move to delete my post, it was a criticism, it is creating new projects without finishing the old ones, I think this is a mistake and yes I am playing “I Decided to Keep a Slime”, yes, until it finishes Renapet I hope at least one update per year, I think this is not impossible, otherwise give up and stop hiding your fans' displeasure for something that is in your possession, and you can fix it if you need monetary help, activate the sponsorship and fundraising system on the site or on Minimum post screenshots of progress man I've been dying to tame this Renamon for 3 years 3 damn years!
well they haven't yet completed Palace of The Goddess
I consider it cowardly to exclude criticism!
a rushed game is forever bad. a delayed one will be forever better
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 ждём, вас тоже подождём
We're being patient with you, but we'll also be on your other projects and looking forward to this line-up on the side (like i know im DEFINITELY itching for the Rouge game)
No need to push yourself too far take your time. What you've come up with for management sounds like a good idea and we'll continue to be here supporting you and patiently waiting. Like I said before can't rush perfection.
Heh now I want to see those other games as well ^_^ Just relax you got this!
I'm rooting for you. Your work's quality and this is a pretty good thing to do. Take your time and keep up your amazing work.
Sounds good to me ^^ you should take your time to do things one by one, and so you'll develope a sense of progress, and that way you'll prob grow faster, learn a lot more and be happier with the things you finish. Best of regards!
I prefer something that takes time but has the quality it deserves, like someone who cares about what they do, than something that is broken and does not feel the same way, keep up a good job, best wishes.
